These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover the sale of our products. We supply to the trade, and orders are covered by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which are available on this website and which apply to every order you place with us.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may use this website to find out about our products and services and, where you hold a trade account with us, to place an order. You must not misuse it, including by introducing viruses or other harmful material, attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, or using it in any way that is unlawful or that could damage or disrupt it.
Trade account logins are issued to you for use by your business. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any orders placed through your account. Our prices, price lists and discount structures are confidential to you and must not be passed to any third party.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the website, or any part of it, at any time.
4. Information on this website
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance and may not be complete or current.
Colours, patterns and finishes shown on screen are a guide only, and may differ from the actual product because of screen settings, lighting and photography. Fabrics also vary between production batches. Where shade or pattern matters, please order a sample or a cutting before you order, and tell us in writing if you need goods supplied from a single batch.
Technical information, specifications and fitting guidance on this website are provided to help you, but the finished blind or shutter you make, assemble or install from our goods is your product. You are responsible for its compliance with the child safety requirements BS EN 13120:2009+A1:2014 and with general product safety law, including the correct fitting of safety devices and the warnings and instructions given to the end customer.
We may correct errors on the website at any time, including errors in descriptions or prices. Where a price is obviously wrong we are not obliged to supply at that price, and our Terms and Conditions of Sale explain what happens.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, fabric designs, product names, logos and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. If you are a stockist you may use the product images and descriptions we supply for the purpose of reselling our goods, and for no other purpose, and we may withdraw that permission. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, publish or use any part of the website without our written permission. You may not use our name, trade marks or any royal appointment wording except as we permit in writing.

Where this website links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its operator.
